Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: Upon Acknowledgement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of bookkeeping services provided by Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC provides bookkeeping services to small businesses and non-profit organizations. Our services may include but are not limited to Clean up & Catch up, Monthly Bookkeeping, Quickbooks training.

We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advisory services, and our services should not be construed as such.

2. Accuracy of Financial Information

While we strive to provide accurate bookkeeping services, the ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of financial records lies with the Client. We rely on the information provided by you, and we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the financial data.

You agree to review financial statements and reports prepared by us and to notify us promptly of any discrepancies or concerns.

3. Outsourcing Disclosure

Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC may outsource portions of its bookkeeping processes to third-party service providers. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this outsourcing arrangement. We ensure that any third-party providers we engage adhere to high industry standards; however, we do not assume liability for their actions.

4. Data Security & Liability Limitations

We take reasonable measures to protect your data; however, Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC is not liable for any data breaches, including but not limited to:

- Unauthorized access to financial data within QuickBooks or other accounting platforms.

- Security breaches involving sensitive Client information such as bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or addresses.

-Cybersecurity incidents affecting third-party service providers, including cloud-based accounting software or outsourced bookkeeping providers.

You acknowledge that electronic transmission of data carries inherent risks and that we cannot guarantee complete data security.

.5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC be liable for any:

- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

- Losses resulting from inaccuracies in financial records, misinterpretation of financial data, or reliance on our bookkeeping reports.

- Legal or regulatory penalties incurred by the Client due to financial misstatements or reporting errors.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of our services.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate bookkeeping, the Client agrees to:

- Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial data.

- Maintain necessary records and documentation to support all financial transactions.

- Review and approve financial reports provided by Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC.

- Maintain compliance with all applicable tax laws and financial regulations.

7. Termination of Services

We require a 30-day cancellation notice to terminate services. To cancel, the Client must submit a request to their bookkeeper and schedule an exit call with a member of our team. Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for any unpaid invoices and agrees to download and secure all financial records prior to service termination.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in that jurisdiction.

9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Cori Faith Bookkeeping LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
